    Can work for you!

    Good results. Curbed hunger, physical cravings and binges (still need to control your subconscious). Important to keep your food ratios and quantities fairly correct. In an nutshell if you are disciplined and want to get healthy, lose some weight and feel better this is a good instruction manual to get you there. But like all diet/nutrition books it's up to your commitment and self control.

    Dr Phil should stick to Psychology and TV. I can't possibly believe that this food could be my lifestyle. It's terrible! I suppose I'd loose weight with that food but I would also loose weight eating sticks and gravel. No thanks. His book is an overpriced deception. Hope he donates profits to a good cause. He lost a viewer as well as I am now skeptical about anything ge says.

    If you follow the plan - the weight loss is amazing! My husband, sister and I all did this together with the same results. In about 2 months we are all down 20lbs.     But only if you follow it and exercise! I enjoy the recipes. I am doing my own workouts, combining cardio and weight lifting. I have lost 10 pounds in 18 days and I had a illness during those 18 days so much that I couldn't exercise at all for 11 days. Had I not lost those 11 days of exercise, I think I could have had even better results. I am down a full size in my jeans. I have 39 more pounds to lose and I will do it with this method!

    I was totally disappointed with the book. I am not a picky eater, but the foods in most of the recipes were not consistant with my eating. Big draw-back for me was the greek yogurt in the recipes. I do not like greek yogurt at all. Others my find this book very helpful, but for me it was not.
