Lightweight but stays sharp!
My Momma-in-law has this knife. She gave me the rest of the set as a house warming gift when I moved into my own apt in TX but I REALLY needed the much wider blade of the RADA Cook's knife. The handle isn't too heavy or too smooth so it stays right where you need it and the blade keeps it's edge longer than the bigger, heftier knives. I have joint issues due to Lupus so I need a knife that works FOR me. This knife and it's companions do it ALL.
