great knives!!!
My mom bought Me 2 knives like this for Me and My sister years ago. Last year I lost both of My knives and I was heart sick. I guess I threw them out. I tore My kitchen apart looking for them but...no luck. I have looked al over for knives like this one and when I saw these I was thrilled. These knives are wonderful!!! They are very sharp and resharpen so well. The handle is a perfect weight for your hand and they make peeling a breeze. I am going to buy maybe 2 more soon so I will have back ups. May get 1 or 2 or My sis too. Of course they don't have the same meaning as the ones My mom got for Me but...they are exactly the same knife. Don't be afraid to buy them...they are great!!!! My very favorite knife
I've been using Rada knives for years, including the 3" paring knife, the tomato slicer, and my favorite peeling/paring knife number 102. It's the absolute perfect size for peeling, especially potatoes and apples. The knives stay sharp and great looking, and I completely converted my daughter-in-law.
