Long lasting and sturdy.
I am the owner of a residential cleaning company and we use these buckets to carry our cleaning supplies to our clients' houses. They are jammed into the trunks of cars, left in the freezing weather and searing heat. We purchased these buckets over 3 years ago, and we are just having to replace them. Why? Because the plastic on the bottom is wearing out - not breaking, not having the handle come off. Simply because of the plastic on the bottom wearing away after 3+ years of daily use. A lovely Shape and Color to go with the Sturdiness & Practicality.
The type of sponge mop we use fits inside perfectly. The bucket stores in a small space because of the shape. Replaced an old one just like it that was a dull blue and the plastic cylinder on the handle had finally broken after many years of use. I love the royal blue update to my trusted simple bucket.

Better than others on the market.
All Rubbermaid products seem to be of the highest quality on the market but, I would be better if the bucket was slightly thicker on the bottom. It appears that if you by chance drag the bucket when it is full instead of carrying it, you will grind off the bottom rather quickly.
