Remarkable
Normally I never take time to do a review. However, I felt this product warranted a quick review. I have never had a product exceed it purpose. Well this one has made me a true believer. It clean a toilet bowl line that had been there for years and numerous time a scrubbing. In less than 2 minutes a line in a toilet for 3 years vanished right before my eyes. Not as good as it was!
Used a stick I had in the garage from sometime ago to clean calcium line off pool tile. I only had one stick and it worked pretty well. I purchased 12 more to complete the job anticipating a few left over. Well it appears to me that the stone (formula?) may have been changed. It no longer says 100% pumice on the packaging and the new stick only lasted for about three - 5 x 5 tiles! The old one I had worked faster and lasted for 7 to 8 tiles before wearing down. New stick also felt lighter and broke easier. New package now says made in China. awesome and easy toilet cleaning
I ask someone a few years ago what i could use to get the stains out of my toilet. They recommended pumice stone. I tried several stores before I could locate the pumie pumice scouring stick. It was wonderful! I ran out a couple of months ago and looked everywhere for a replacemnt. I finally decided to check ebay snd see what I could find. I was pleasantly surprised to find another source for this product. It is the very best thing I have found to clean my toilet. Great Toilet Cleaner for Hard Water Stains
I tried everything. Baking soda and vinegar, a paste made from Borax and vinegar, even Coca Cola with hours of scrubbing and NOTHING would get rid of the hard water stain in the toilet. Three (honestly... three) swipes of the scouring stick (used the correct way by wetting the stick and putting water on the stain), and the hard water stain was completely gone. It REALLY works!!!
I live in GA and hard water build up is harsh especially in the toilet. I have tried many products for years and none really got all of it off. There always an unsightly ring in the toilet bowl staring back at me even after a rigorous scrubbing with harsh chemicals. Came across a YouTube video showing the use of this product and thought what the hell. I had tired it all, and was almost resigned to living with that hideous ring. The ultimate fix for a stained toilet bowl.
I've been battling with a disgusting stained toilet bowl for a very long time and nothing has removed the stain, from straight bleach to lye and all kinds of commercial toilet bowl cleaners. The pumice removed the stain completely with no harm done to the ceramic and it didn't take a lot of effort. Turn off the water valve, flush the toilet and then use an old ladle (plastic works best for its flexibility) to remove the last pint or so of water. A few drops will be left which is fine as the pumice needs to be wet to work. Break off about a 2" piece of the pumice stone and scrub the stain with it. I didn't quite get all the stain removed on the first scrubbing but the second resulted in a bright and clean toilet which is no longer an embarrassment. The Pumie Pumice Coarse Pumi Bar Stone is the best product to erase away the toilette ring. The water in our place is hard and it deposits ring often. I had been using whatever products I can find but the ring does not go away until I used this Bar Stone. It erased the ring right in front of my eyes. You must use it wet and the surface must be wet, too. I use it for commode, bathtub, sink ... everything. The 12 pack cames in as 12 bar stones, and nothing else.
