Worked for 8 months
Bought Dec 22'. Stopped working July 23'. Was great in the beginning. Started to go down hill as far as clear signal is concerned. It started making a sound like it had a bad connection. I went through a few different frequency channels and it didn't matter. Today it finally quit on me. Just warbly static and fluctuating volume. Very disappointed in this happening. The cigarette plug seems to still be working so I will continue to use it. I do like the voltage readout on it. Now to go on the hunt for another unit that will actually work longer. Another thing that happened 3 days after buying: The back little thin piece of metal pulled off. I had to super glue a washer in that space. No issue after that. Dont waist your money
I still have nit used it to answer a phone call. So i cant soeak to that feature if it. When i play spotify through it there is a HUGE volume issue. The radio needs to be at almost max. Good buy, would buy again.
Just got it today. Item was still in sealed retail box and it works. I'm using it for my garage when im working on my cars or various projects. I have a 7.1ch receiver on my garage and stereo tuning signal is not the best. I have a regular 12v dc socket mp3 fm modulator plugged into my makeshift 12v batteries attached to 12v female DC socket. My old fm modulator isnt BT and had to hook my phone via AUX 2.5mm cord restricting my phone portability and even then it being so close to batteries it was prone to static interference. So i went with the BT option and was easy to pair to my phone, now i can use my phone without being confined to the extend of the AUX cord. So far so good it works and im not bother by interference now. I havent played with the unit too much like see if the usb will charge my phone or make a call. The unit came with an AUX cord also.
