EXCELLENT PLUS
I ran out of probiotics about two months ago, and trying to save money, decided to eat yogurt instead. Bad move. My immune system ran down fast, along with my energy. I used to be anorexic and believe me I deprived my body of nutrition for so many years, that it takes a lot to mend me constantly., So i can tell the difference when something enters my body that is good stuff. :) I felt evened out, my stomach balanced, everything. I have never taken probiotics in my life other than whatever is in yogurt. I was skeptical as to what this could do for me as I had a few months of being so terribly sick with an attack of diverticulitis. So wanting to just feel better without anymore antibiotics and drugs in my system I gave this product a try after doing some research. It has been about 52 days that I have been taking them. It takes awhile to perhaps start working and getting your system back in neutral. But after about 30 days I was feeling so much better and no longer was thinking about how bad I was feeling every day. My goal was to get my immune system back to normal. I'd had a few months of prednisone and antibiotics dealing with facial swelling from a reaction to my blood pressure medication. All of that overdose of meds probably caused the diverticulitis attack. It was a few months of having some very odd things happen and I was just so tired of feeling sick.
