  • Full sound from a smaller body acoustic

Great sounding acoustic guitar unplugged. Warm lows and bright highs, I'd say it's closer to a Grand Auditorium sized guitar than a 000. Easy to play, had no adjustments to make. Not a fan of the jack being in the strap peg, but I've gotten over it. A very good looking instrument overall, but who wouldn't like Vampire Blood Red. I did change out the bridge pins, as what it came with didn't have much on top to pry them out. As mentioned, the sound is nice and full unplugged with good sustain. I have an LR Baggs Align EQ on my pedal board on my pedal board for playing acoustic live, which I do about 1/3 of the songs we play. Took very few adjustments to dial it in as there are very good controls on the guitar by Fishman. Tuner is easy to read and use - the band plays tuned down a half step. I really like the phase switch, Playability is top notch, as you would expect from Schecter. I'm probably biased as I have three electrics and two bass guitars from Schecter, but I have never been disappointed in anything from them. If your are looking for a warm full sound from an acoustic, I highly recommend this guitar. It's a keeper.
