Does the job quickly.
Takes up half the space of a 12 cup and looks nice on the counter. Tucks away easily when more counter space is needed. The mug is adequate, but the plastic inside maintains odor. Was hoping that my Contigo mug would fit in place, but it does not. I am spoiled with a stainless steel mug. However, it does what it is intended to do and I use it every morning. Disappointed, but grateful.
Everything is fine except the plastic interior of the mug. I use a tall glass beer mug instead. I understand that there is a mug with a steel interior available for this brewer. If I had known that, I would have paid a little more for the brewer and the steel mug. I wish that would have been advertised more prominently as an alternative offer. Space saver and the features I wanted.
This is a very light weight coffee maker. I have only used it once, after cleaning, and it made a good cup+ of coffee. I can't speak for how well it will hold up, but for the price, I like it. Good Maker, Poor Mug
Coffee maker is very good - no complaints. The mug I got leaked from a small crack in the bottom. The mug is NOT “Yeti-style” stainless steel vacuum insulated, but just a plastic design with a decorative thin metal band around the outside. Fantastic Little Coffee Maker
Fantastic little coffee maker. It makes a great cup of coffee. I use the paper filters that I used in my Keurig machine (Brew your own coffee pods). I just spread them out and the work perfectly. I would recommend for someone looking for a single serve coffee maker. It's small enough to take on a trip also.

Used to be a good product
1st one I purchased lasted about 4 yrs. I ordered another. It was not the color I ordered. I used it less than 10 times and it would never fill the cup before shutting down. The problem is the water leaks back into reservoir at hinge point before reaching the coffee filter, causing water in tank to heat up and shut off. It’s not expensive and I ordered another this morning. If it is same issue, I will move on to another brand. You are kind of tied to this is a throw away as the hassle of returning this is not worth the time and effort. Update, move on, I got the 2nd maker this morning, it gave me a half of a cup of coffee and shut off. It has the same problem as the one I ordered last month. Not much help from tiger Support. Coffee maker makes a good cup of coffer... But beware: Let the coffee maker cool down for about 5 minutes before opening the lid... If you don't let it cool down and open the lid, you could be burned by steam... Water will drip off the water outlet area and go back into the coffee makers intake...
