The sound
The comfort and quality of the product is good. The sound is excellent and I like the customization options. These headphones replaced a pair of 10-year-old high quality wired headphones that finally gave out. The difference in sound as noticeable as I do dabble in music creation at times. I hear details in the music that I didn't before. Wireless works well. I have experienced connectivity issues but depends on where I am so I assume it's something else causing it and not the headphones themselves. I did use the accompanying app to update the software on the headphones right out of the box.

Great headphones despite idiosyncrasies
Parrot Zik's are a little buggy, but worth the idiosyncrasies. The second generation much lighter and more comfortable. Great sound quality and wonderful controls. Only wish the charge would last longer but I carry spare batteries on every flight.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
