Quirky but fun.
This game is a lot of fun, it’s like some other fantasy RPG’s, but has its own flair. It is part dungeon crawling and part city building in a unique way. To rebuild the world you go into dungeons and collect parts or people then go out to the town to put things together in the way the people want it. Very confusing
It is possible that I just didn't play it long enough but after the first dungeon I was still very confused on how the game worked or what the point of it was. Dated but gold!

Dark Cloud is a PS2 Classic
While this is clearly a now aging title, Dark Cloud is a PS2 exclusive series that is considered to be a must have for anyone that finds themselves with a still working console. For RPG fans, this is a must on the PS2 list to buy. Graphics are very early PS2 and a bit on the blocky side, but aside from graphics, this game has much potential.
