great for bamboo
installed a few hundred square feet of bamboo flooring with this nailer, works great for thinner material. no jams and only a couple misfires, if you don't hit the mallet right it will not drive the cleat all the way and it is a HUGE PAIN to pull them out. however after a couple rows you will figure it out and have no issues.
