Sound factor is great but don't flip on unknown or unwanted calls
I bought this simple flip phn cause i only need basic phn out driving to meet someone or to take calls from friends when not in home. i hate sophisticated 'tech-savy' menu after menu after submenu after sub sub sub menu junk to do something simple, like to make calls. let stupids 'enjoy' that and not realize how stupid the user is. ... The speaker is loud enough for seniors as advertised. Not sure about microphn yet. Any decent phn should be able to transmit voice and receive voice and heard well at both ends in an open window car or street walking w cars buzzing by you ... The only gripe is that you can't reject junk calls or unknown calls after flipping the phone cover. When you flip, it automatically answers the unwanted and of course, the carrier (T-mobile) would charge you a minute. When flipped, u must search for disconnect button. The best way to handle unwanted calls w this phn is don't flip when u c unknown phn number displayed on the cover window. For battery charging, it's good to have both USB to connect to a PC and direct DC power pack since the 1st option may not be desireable.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Works well but --
LG 450 works and is easy to use. However, the instructions do not cover a method to transfer files to a computer and I have not been able to accomplish that task. Makes me wonder why it has a camera? Instruction book is hard to read (poor printing) but I downloaded the book and it is readable on my computer. Basic phone functions are easy to use and I like the feature of text to speach announcments. Its a basic phone, good for calls and emergencies but not much else.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good phone some issues
This phone is great, however I think t-mobile may have let go of maintaining thier lower end network, as it drops conmection a lot, and i strongly believe it to be the phone, as i didnt have many problems with my iPhone 6 Plus. Since my iPhone broke i decided to get this phone until the iPhone 8 is released. Having a flip phone again is amazing! With technology ruling over our lives, a nice change helps us focus on more important things. Great little phone - my second one.
Several "flip phones" out there, but this is the only one I have settled on. Lost my first one, and bought another. The phone audio is better than most smartphones. I just wanted a phone. It has a pretty intuitive text function. Only shortcoming is hard to import ringtones and wallpaper. Just go into text settings, set it to "convert to MMS", and have someone send you what you want. Battery stays charged, fits in your pocket - what's not to like? One other thing. I bought my first replacement on Amazon. I would have answered the ? "Does it have a small form factor?", but haven't a clue as to what that is, therefore did not answer. As for the phone, it is excellent for what I need it for, make telephone calls, receive telephone calls. Battery lasts all day, minimal problems with this phone, the one I had before this one (exact same phone), lasted a long time before I washed it with my jeans, bad decision. If you don't want to have a bulky smartphone this is the one to get. If your "old school" and just want a phone to use as a phone it's great. Easy to set up and use.
