Its not a pure sine wave but the closest thing to it, runs my 22cubicft fridge ok, charging charging cell phone kills bateries in 6 month
this is very cool inexpesive Efficient inverter, best wave/watt for the buck bar none, any better sine wave will cost upwards of 700 dlls, this is the best option for tvs, computers, and high fidelity sound systems, no visible or audible feed back, only problem ive detected in using this for 3 years is that it kills my cell phone bateries whithin a a4 to 6 month recharge cycle, same for my powertools rechargable bateries, some how when the small current converters change back to dc it does something that messes up the wave lehgth.

Overall a good unit
Have only used it a few times but it works as Designed. Runs my boat air-conditioning system properly. It is a fairly large unit. It also seems to pull a lot of amp hours out of the battery in order to produce nominal amount of voltage

Will buy again
As long as you have enough batteries in your bank and large enough cable, there's no issue with driving this thing to its full output. I see a lot of complaints, but I think most of them stem from not having enough battery capacity. Do your research.
