Sounds good on paper.
I have a mouse. It is driving me crazy. The bold little sucker wanders around like it belongs here. If I move toward it, it becomes Speedy Gonzales... ehah! I bought the trap, and when it arrived I gave it a good lookover. It seemed functional. I baited it, and it didn't take long for Speedy to find it. Unfortunately, the turn is too tight and too close to the ramp. He gets frustrated, and with an expletive squeak, backs out. It is a good idea, and well made, but needs to have more room extending beyond the ramp. If it were redesigned to be a better fit, I would give that another try. Victor Catch and Hold Trap
I tried this trap in a house with lots of mice for two nights. I had another trap in the same room, and caught several mice in it, but I couldn't get the live trap to catch any. I didn't give it an extensive test. Maybe they just preferred the regular trap. I was using cooked brown rice for bait, which has been working well. Don't waste your money.
Any plastic trap is a waste. Mice can chew through them easily. This trap in particular is also ineffective since mice easily escape The top is loose fitting, the metal segment is so easy to move even small mice can pull it away to escape.
