    A Great Cookbook Delicious and Nutritious Recipes

    "The Complete Vegetarian Cookbook" is true to its title. There are hundreds of recipes (book states 250 Vegan and 500 Gluten-Free). What I especially like is the hundreds of colored photos showing how to prepare the dishes and how to slice or dice the ingredients. I'm just beginning to use tofu and they have 5 photos illustrating how to cut and dry the tofu and I made a delicious grilled soy-ginger glazed tofu. Anyone who is vegetarian (or even meat eaters) will find many delicious and savory dishes. I must for all cooks.

    First I'd like to say there isnt one picture in the book. Second, I'd like to say it starts off with avocado toast. It's a very short recipe book, and most of them are thing the average person would know. I purchased several vegetarian cookbooks online, and this was definitely the least favorite of my family. Check out different books before ordering.
