U just take 1 pill n let it dissolve on ur tongue n it being cherry flavor it taste good, I personally need 2 ! And within a hour I’m going to sleep! My husband started taking it too when his sister passed away, Melatonin is an ingredient that is part of your body, according to my Dr n she also said.. She took it when she was in college.
