Perfect Hamster Davidson, suitable for a larger hamster like a Syrian breed
This is so lovely. It never fails to raise a smile, visitors to our house are charmed by this hamster controlled bike! It is best suited for and perfect for a larger hamster breed who needs a good workout. Good on a hard floor surface, a bigger hammy like a Syrian hamster size would be fairly good at it. I would really only recommend it if you have a strong hammy like my rescue hamster who absolutely loves her 'Hamster Davidson.' She needed to lose weight but sadly also had lots of things chucked at her! This wheel has helped her confidence = It is almost like she felt safe in the darkened plastic wheel until she was ready to approach us. She is a different hammy now and uses both this and her old hamster ball to come up to say hello. What I did find is that she has got stronger using this wheel, so when she goes back to play in her classic hamster ball she goes like a rocket! It must be a like a muscle workout. I only leave her in there for about forty minutes max, as it can be strenuous, but it certainly has helped her. I have also propped this hammy bike up on one of those fun miniature easels so she can use it like a hamster wheel...so if your hammy does not have the arm strength to pull it along then all is not lost, just pick up one of these cheap ornamental easels. My Little Biker Hamster 🐹
I absolutely love this critter chopper. My sons Hamster is only a baby and can’t actually pull the bike along behind him. I’m guessing he is not strong enough yet but I took when I pick it up off the ground he flies around in that wheel so I took the wheel off and let him run around in that until he gets a little bigger. He is so fast in it like that so I think he will be pulling it along behind him in no time.

Critter Chopper
