Quiet!!!
Works quickly and quietly to draw down vacuum. Right now using it on a pot to stabilize wood and deer antlers. Going to order a set of gauges to use on the a/c later. Sure it will work great there too.

An Evacuation Pump Worthy of the Robinair Name
The evacuation pump worked as expected and was a great improvement in flow rate and vacuum capability over my old Robinair pump which was a small Frigidaire compressor mounted in a metal housing.The unit was not particularly noisy and did not push oil from the fill cap as some people describe on other websites. The shipping box was very sturdy. Very happy with the unit.
