Great product at a great price
Better value than what I can buy locally. 3 years ago I injured my back and had to have surgery. As with any modification of the back I felt a lot better but not 100%. I take the Turmeric by Gaia because it helps so much with inflammation I no longer have to take over the counter pain medication. Gaia Turmeric works great, I have tried less expensive products with no results, and always came back to the Gaia product because it simply works. We started buying Gaia Turmeric Supreme in one of the high end grocery stores and have enjoyed the relief from achy bones and joint during the wet weather time. Stores here don't carry it and we found it on ebay. I thought the use by dates might be old, but I was wrong. These were current dated bottles. 120 will last one of us two to four months depending on taking one a day or two. Good experience with Gaia tumeric
My doctor recommended tumeric to me so I started taking it. My friend takes the Gaia brand, and has confidence in it, so I agree with her and ordered the Gaia. True to what my doctor says the tumeric has really helped my aches and pains . I had some non painful popping in my knee which has disappeared after taking the tumeric. The orthopedic M.D offered no advise on that issue.I will continue to take it from this time forward. I had taken another wonderfu herbal product for years by the name of formula 303 that has valerian root included. Helped my Dad to beat his Lymphoma!
My father was diagnosed with Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma after being admitted to the ER with server lower back pain.
