Could do with more than 4 lower fixings when fitting using the sandwich method and not the upper screws. it would also be useful to be able to remove the mesh for cleaning.

bought this tem as a replacement for the sky light on my caravan really good upgrade to what was there and really simple to fit . Make sure you use the correct screws and mastic to fit and you wont have any leaks or problems.

Fiamma vent review
For the money this Fiamma vent is a well worthy addition to the campervan. I have it placed above my sleeping area so that I can get a supply of fresh air in to the van. The bug screen is a bonus as it stops them getting in the van. But you will have to from time to Time unscrew the big screen and clear the dead insects out. Small price to pay for not getting bitten to death. 5 stars from me.

Easy and works
Good design. Can drive with it slightly open and that gives good airflow in the cabin. No water leaks when fitted correctly. I used non setting mastic which makes fitting easier.. Second one I've fitted and can't recommend enough. The longest job was getting rid of the old mastic.

An entirely adequate vent
The vent proved a simple install into my van conversion. The extension kit is an easy add-on. The product should prove fine if used with care, though some of the plastic components feel less robust than a more industrial vent.

Fiamma white roof vent
It works a treat arrived inbox wich had been opened looks as if some one had fitted it before and returned it marks of felt tip pen and scuffs on plastic inside sleave was hard to fit but got there in the end. I had no optiont but to fit it as i had removed old one.it looks fine works ok easy to operate.

This is the better product as it can be screwed into the roof or through to joints inside. It also had deeper reach although the extension rod kit is overpriced. However even bought together they are cheaper than just the vent in the shops
