Very high quality. Top value.
The build quality of this camera greatly exceeds many I have seen in this price range. The optics are good, the zoom works really well and the ability to manually focus I see as a plus. The autofocus works well. The pan and tilt motor drives are especially smooth and the camera and app are loaded with features including human detection. It’s a little bit hard to set up but it only took me 10 frustrating minutes. Maybe there is a YouTube video that explains it. Everything seems to work well once you set up. I am still just amazed at the high quality of this camera. It has powder coated metal where others use plastic.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

needs improvement but works
20X ZOOM 5MP Wireless Humanoid Recognition Auto Track PTZ IP Camera MIC SD Card Let’s start off with the problems I had. Starting with the install, it asked me for a password, so I tried what was on the box, had a capital E, did not work, looked at directions, had a small e, did not work after doing that I don’t know how many time, but enough to tick me off. I tried no password at all, that worked how stupid is that. After going through the rest of the direction I notes no sd card. It said sd card. It did not say sd card compatible. Or sd card not included. If you look at all the other ones, they are selling it don’t say sd card, so I assumed it had one. If you plan on adding it to ip camera software like ip cam soft or ip cam viewer it will not work. I like to monitor all my cameras not go back and forth. it only comes with one bracket not 2 wall mount only, also the software is prv so it will not work on windows or apple, emailing a video to a friend or family will not work. Now the good things when you get it to work it works. I have just started playing with it, it is fast and pic quality is good, it may get better with time. if it wasn't for the software I would give it a better rating.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
