Headache: don't waste your time & money
I had issues as soon as I took them out of the box. I had to update the firmware over 5 times for them to update. I have been using the quantum 800 with Xbox and also for conference calls with work and majority of the time I am using them audio and mic audio is intermittent. The other times the mc does not work at all. Not worth the headache for the price. i am very dissatisfied with this product. Great sound battery could be better
These have great sound quality. What I don't like is how heavy they feel and the battery does not last as long as I would like, since I use them for both work and play, they don't quite make it all day.Also, the charging cable is not very long and i can't listen while they charge.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Saved $100, what's to complain about?
Surprised it's refurbished, it works great and there were no scratches on it. Saved $100. The JBL customization desktop app is for PC users only, I thought that was something that you could change and apply to my console. Doesn't really matter though. The headphones are very comfortable and I can hear much better. Solid mic too.
