You can even boil eggs in it!
This fryer/oven has program icons for just about anything, and they actually work. But it also has digital controls for temp and time so that you can customize or fine tune to your whims. It's got enough power to do a 400 degree fry and present a crispy finish on those delectables that are wilty at 370. It's got a shelf system, so it can really be stuffed, or take them out for large items or for the rotisserie. The drip pan and shelves are easy clean and the walls are stainless and wipe down with a sponge. It's got a window and you can turn on the interior lamp to watch it cook. I fell in love with air frying some years ago and it probably added years to my life and removed inches from my waist. This one gives great results in a simple format, so it will get used a lot. The Perfect chicken
I cooked 4 chicken drumsticks with reservations about them coming out just right, I have a lot of trouble cutting them off and on to see it is done. I was surprised when the time was up and the chicken was just perfect. I have no doubt that if it cooked the chicken that good, other stuff, which I have not done yet will be great.
