Great Product and very cost-effective for me
I began using this product when I could not find the product that I usually buy. The product I usually buy is 1,500 mg of the product. This 6,000mg of product was a big jump up for me. So I change the dosage to 3000 mg. I was unable to find a product that had 3,000 mg so I'm fine with what I'm doing. I placed the product in a gel capsule or vegetable capsule. The photo shows the different ones . The three large ones are 500mg equaling the 1500 mg. The 6000 mg capsule that I buy, and the two toned capsule is when l lessen the dosage to 3,000mg of product. So in essence with the little work I'm getting 400 capsules of 3,000mg and I'm fine with that. I might not be getting exactly 3,000. I may be getting little more or little less but I don't want 6,000mg.
