All as advertised - very pleased.
Great upgrade from what we were using. Overall very pleased. Only small gripe is the power button is so small and does not protrude enough becoming difficult to find and depress. The unit is on the bottom shelf of a computer desk. If there was room at the top this would not be an issue for us. This new unit is one half the size, lighter and twice as powerful as the old HP it is replacing..

Great computer
I didn't know what to expect when I opened the box. The unit is the size of my first cell phone (1978 motorola plug-in-the-lighter jack that came in a case housing the receiver and base unit). The import of programs and personal data was seamless. If my business was larger I would buy one of these for each station.

Don't fear the Refurb.
Very quiet and energy efficient. Less than half the watts as my older tower and ZERO dbs. HDMI output to watch on TV screen. Could have had better comms but delivered within the window promised. Hopefully will last for several years.

This is an AWESOME desktop! Small, quick, easy to set up. I needed a professional tech because by trying to load it by myself I hit some wrong keys, and had to start over. Again, and again! Ugh! Take my word... Don't try to do something that important after being in a car crash... Your brain won't keep things straight. Learned my lesson. That's why I needed the tech. Incredible computer and price, but it is listed dishonestly.
Only one con - Windows Home, rather than Pro, so I did upgrade this on receipt. It is small, fast, quiet, and has everything I need plus more for the project for which I am deploying it. My regular desktop was many, many times the cost of this CPU, and does have more of everything, but this one does the job nicely. I am frustrated in as much as from the description, the unit was listed as "open box," or new. It is now my understanding that it is refurbished. This is disappointing, as it is listed as new, not refurbished, but NEW. Even so, it is what I needed at a great price. I am very happy with the computer, especially with Windows 11 Pro.
