Incredible shine and color
Stays on longer than gloss but dries so that might bother some. You can wear it over lipstick or alone either way the shine and color is incredible.The only downside to this top coat is that you have to be very careful when you open it and hold it upright. If it isn't in the upright position, the liquid will spill right out, for me I was sitting down so it was all over my pants. The liquid basically helps to get the color out of the tube, you have to shake it up really good to mix it with the color that gathers in the bottom. At least you can see that. If it dries up, I added a skin spray to it and it helped a lot. too bad it was only out for a while.
