Vizio M Series is Great!
My tv performs great! It has a crystal clear picture and is extremely easy to use. The picture will take some time to get right if you are really picky due to the amount of settings control. However the only downside i have for this tv is you definitely will want to invest in a sound system or soundbar. At times where it is quiet, it will sound like people are whispering, but extremely loud once there is noise. Vizio is aware of this model"s Volume Problem.
From start up, I had problem with the volume not working correctly. It either wouldn't work at all or work then go off. After 10 minutes or so it would shut off. Vizio said it's aware of the problem with this model. After a long time on the phone with technical service person, a technician had to come here with a new part. It took 9 days for him to come after my phone call. THIS TV SHOULD BE RECALLED SINCE VIZIO IS AWARE OF THE PROBLEM.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This TV was easy to setup and after a few adjustments really nice picture, most adjustments were easy to figure out without reading a manual, so the picture is really great, to the point where I watch alot of the older shows and it adds a whole new aspect to those classic's, the background views etc that were just not there in the past. SO I have I even used the 4k capability, no I have not just a limit to my service ATM. But I am very pleased and once you step up to a 60" or bigger I guess, hard to go back!! My son's 42" looks small now, further note all my kids have HD flat screens and I was still living off a 1080i CRT with a 36" flat screen, yeah weighed 150 lbs, so I also got a vizio sound bar at approx 80 watts RMS and used the optical audio port so I'm set. HA, am I cutting edge "no" but I can't see where you can go wrong here and if you have the service 4K should be better, mostly in the color as I have noted at the stores, my son is going to set me up with a player or direct streaming for a 4k show soon, but it's very good Tv even B&W are much better.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Everything with this t.v is spot on for the price. Great picture quality. You will have to calibrate it once the initial setup is done. The sound quality could be better. Great picture. Just remember to get a advance hdmi cable that support 4k tv.I have one and my tv is beautiful. I don't regret getting a tv that not a high brand like samsung. All my tv are but I spoke with a Bestbuy electronic rep and he said Vizio 4k 60" has better picture quality than the Samsung. More than Expected
I decided on the "M" Series instead of the cheaper "E" series. The bezel is tiny and stainless steel so when you do see it, it is pleasant to look at. The clarity is exceptional. I used the Disney WOW DVD to calibrate the picture and I am highly impressed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Surprisingly Nice
I read the reviews on this set. They included I should look out for dead screen pixels and poor quality sound. Sound is decent. I'm going through a home theater system so it is fantastic. As for the picture it's like 3d without the glasses. No dead pixels. Magnificent picture. It has spoiled me for other TV's.. Blacks are black. Absolutely no light bleed through.
