HK & JBL do it again!
I have a bit of experience with (HK) JBL products from being a musician and multiple car audio applications so, I expected solidity...and I got it with the GTO529's! Crystal clear highs, tight & clear mids and tight low end. These are not going to "rattle ur trunk" (and if that is what you are expecting them go talk to some audio guys on what size speakers you need) but, these give a nice solid bass drum "thud" (as a drummer, that is what I am after). I run 8 speakers in my 850R Estate and these blend nicely. Basically these can cover any style music sans rap and the like. The directional tweeter is great to get the correct frequencies in the right direction. Solid, mildly bulky and music to my ears....another stellar product from the JBL crew. JBL are best for price
