Not refillable unless you buy their refills.
They send it without soap and it is not refillable unless you buy their refills. They need to state that it is not a dispenser that you can refill using your own brand preference of liquid soap...only theirs. They expect the buyer to pay return shipping which is not worth it. Rip off...don't buy. Throwing this hollow shell cheap dispenser in the trash.
