Great machine - great value!
Machine is more sophisticated than the decade plus old Delonghi Caffe Carmen it replaced. Having just one water tank - and it being both visible and removable from outside the machine for cleaning and refills makes the maintenance easy. Electronic controls for making espresso, cappuccino, and lattes takes all the manual guesswork out of the process. Easy clean-up after brews are made. Received my new machine today and after following start up intructions I'm on my third cup of perfect lattes and capo's. After reading other reviews I believe some folks did not prime or otherwise follow start up instuctions. READ THE BOOK start up only takes a min or so.
