Life changing
Starting taking this July 16 2015. A little over three months now and I feel great!! Lots of positives I noticed since taking it. First of all as Dr. Wallach says it will help decrease your appetite as you won't feel the need to eat as much as you are getting the nutrients your body needs. I found that to be true. I started at 207 lbs and am now at 190 lbs. I also noticed I my heatburn which I had since 1998 or so has gone away. The very first things I noticed for me was my overall mood improved vastly. I just felt better and was more happy. I also woke up feeling refreshed so my sleep improved. I also noticed certain joints in my fingers and knee pain went away. I love this product as it improved my overall health in so many ways. I plan on taking this going foward.
