I ordered these for my kids for Christmas- they had been begging for a chromebook forever. I got these in and they all 3 worked great! Really the only complaint I have is that 2 of the 3 came with the incorrect charger- but I had ordered extra chargers from elsewhere anyway due to my kids having bad luck keeping up with them. So far it has proven to be a great product. A little getting use to the difference between android and cloud based chrome. The only minor complaint I have so far is the unlit key board as I am not an accomplished typist. once you learn to use it its great for basic things. I just found out that this models expiration date is September 2021. After that date there are no more updates for security will have to have another system put in it..
