Assembles good, works good, motor and bottom plate mounting problem.
The fan assembly went together okay. The only problem I see is the fan motor assy. doesn't lock into place on the stand. The bottom plate , HARD PLASTIC, the pedestal doesn't lock down either. When you pick the fan up the plate falls of. Everything else seems to be fine. It's a lot quieter than my old fan. I just hope the motor last a long time.
