HOSA makes a great adapter, BUT need to be plastic!.. scratches you're pedals.
For the money you can't really beat HOSA. Is there more durable cables? of course, but for way more money and there is no audible difference. I use their patch cables and regular instrument cables and these metal angled adapters are great, but the problem with these adapters are they are they're completely made of metal and not and outer plastic casing. And it's even roughly textured so they scratch up your guitar effects pedals. If they were plastic they wouldn't do that. HOSA makes plastic ones but only in 1/4" TRS versions, not 1/4" TS versions.. I have no idea why so I contacted the company and I have not heard back. Otherwise most of the ones I have purchased grab onto the cable pretty good I've only experienced a couple that didn't hold on to the cables that will but it could have been the cable, not the adapter... but for the money you just can't beat them. This adapter literally fell apart on very first use when I plugged-in a common Switchcraft 1/4" #280 plug. Poorly made. I have used several HOSA products before with good results.
