Great product and is quality.
I was concerned due to the syphon connection being about an inch above the bottom of the pan. I didn't need to be. It drained the juice just fine once the temperature etc. was reached. I really enjoyed using this device and have two of them. My apples were old so the juice was very weak. But the device performed as it was expected to. Also this is good for induction cooktops. That is what I used. Great.
