Flawless and beautiful.
I love the vintage tint and the gloss lacquer look on my Tele rebuild. After bolting this on I took it to a local luthier to handle filing the nut. Beyond that, adjusting the truss to the right tension was minimal and effortless (Note that this style has the adjustment at the heel of the neck and not the top). I love the way it plays and feels. The frets are flawless and plays evenly across the fretboard. This is a great quality neck at a reasonable price (as far as guitar necks go).
