Good features. Exactly what I was looking for at a great price.

The scales work very well. Make the job of scaling the race car quick and easy. The switch on the scales (on/off) is a bit light weight and delicate. I will have to be very carful turning them off and on. Over all I would give the product a B+ or even an A score. Decent product at a decent price.

  • Top critical review

    Not Impressed

first use, scales were somewhat accurate, the next time they were off 100# after that they were off 300#. nice low pro design but the on/off switch and scale sensors are in an open bottom leaving them to be destroyed by rocks or other stuff on floor. the display has a weird look and it sucks trying to scroll thru. instead of RR, for right rear, LF, RF, and LR, it uses FR & FL for front left and front right, RR and RL rear right and rear left which can be confusing. the rest of display has an early LCD design with odd letters and looks,

  • Good scale, that could have been built better.

I bought the Proform 67644 scale a couple of days ago. Here are my thoughts about this product. On the positive side: + one of the most inexpensive corner weight scales I could find on the market + ease of use (wireless) + complete package (comes with batteries, storage case, USB cable) + weighing results seem accurate and are reproducable On the negative side - Power switches on the individual scale pads are super flimsy - Overall quality To elaborate a bit on the quality point, one of the scale pads was missing one of its rubber foot when it arrived. Luckily I found the rubber foot lying in the storage box, so I was able to glue it back on. On another scale pad the light that indicate its power state isn't working. Initially I thought the whole pad is broken, since this light is the only indication on the pad, that it is powered on. Later I realized that the display unit is receiving a signal from the pad despite the broken light, lucky me :) The buttons on the display unit are a bit imprecise as well. To toggle through the screens you have to press and hold 'FN', then press 'Tare'. Pressing 'Tare' alone will reset the scale. If you don't press 'FN' firmly enough and wait a second before you press 'Tare', you will accidently zero out the scale. So you will have to remove the car, reset the scale and start over again (I made some experience with this already...more than once). The latches on the storage box appear very cheap and don't look like they will survive for very long. If the scale lasts, I'll be happy with this purchase. My biggest concern is with the power switches on the scale pads. I have to be very careful operating those. That is a bit sad since I believe it wouldn't cost that much more, to put proper switches in place. On a side note, ensure to use a proper procedure when weighing a car, especially when you use a hoist or jack. Depending on suspension type you'll need to role the car back and forth a couple of times until the suspension settles properly. Else the weigh readings may be significantly off. This however is not specific to the Proform but true for all type of scales.

  • Easy to use, quality feel

If you need to know the 4 corner weights of your car, or the incremental weights of any item with 4 or less points, this will do it quickly. Pad capacity is 1,750 lbs., good enough for almost any car and many trucks. Nice carrying case if you need to take to races. All battery power, so if you have a relatively level surface, you have the capability to weight car at the track to make adjustments for traction variation, and verify track scales. All parts of the kit have a good quality feel and look.

  • Awesome, would buy again.

These things are dope!!! Work great, and have tons of features from wheel bias, to individual weights, to % pre calculated. Would buy again. Seems like really good quality too, and comes in a nice storage case.

  • Problem with wireless box

This review is based on my first week and a half with the product. After using the scales on 2 occasions during the first 7 days, the wireless controller won't shut all the way off. If the scales are off, the middle "F" from the LF doesn't go out when I power down the box. The scales then won't power back on unless I take the batteries out and put back in. I have tried other batteries, ect. I emailed Proform about the issue, and it has now been 2 full business days without a response. Aside from this issue, the scales themselves do seem to work OK. I got my set for $800. However, if they don't work, then they are surely not worth the $$$

  • Great scales for the price. Low profile and wireless too.

Like the roll around case and the foam inserts to protect everything. As a casual racer using the scales 6-10 times a year these are perfect. If you were a commercial race or prep shop you might want a more robust setup. I've always had "wired" scales - these are wireless and I'll never go back. Would definitely recommend.

  • wireless

I like these scales so far, Have only used them a few times and the wireless design is great. I left them on making changes all day and the aa batteries held up fine. They seem well made I hope they last many decades.
