I have been taking this for about a week and a half, I have lost 3 pounds but I have always been working out and eating healthy. I do not take it as recommended. I take two pills in the morning with something to eat. When I took the third pill at lunch time I felt so sick and jittery, I went home and laid in bed the rest of the night, the side effect wasn't worth it. I've been taking these pills for 2 months and 2 weeks now and I've noticed a HUGE difference! I like that they have an appetite suppressant in them and the caffeine is a nice bonus, but I wouldn't recommend taking them before bed. I used these pills as directed in combination with a ketogenic diet and exercise and so far I've lost 45 pounds (I'm a 5' 8" woman and went from 205 - 160, but I'm still not yet at my goal weight).
