Snap to install, great to use
This wall mount is quick and easy to install ( so easy no need for instructions). Is built good , not flimsy and moves around will ease. The o ly negative is it didn't have the right hardware package, all of the sizes bolts were way to short. I have a common Samsung TV so that shouldn't be the case. Notifyied buyer and they answered ameaditaly and helped solve the problem. Still gave 5 star because it is a good wall mount at a great price. Not great, but doable
The fasteners are what makes this product have a low rating. The bolts that are used to mount the bracket to the back of the TV are the wrong length. Without using the spacers, the bolts are too long and bottom out before getting tight. If the spacers are used, the bolts aren't long enough to thread into the nuts in the TV. The hardware kit cam with washers to go on the bolts, but a majority of the washers were too small to fit onto the bolts. After several trips to my garage I was able to come up with enough other washers and hardware to mount the TV to the brackets.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Earthquake safe and very happy about it!
This unit gives me great relief when it comes to earthquake preparedness. The new 55inch unit that was just purchased is much safer now that it is mounted with this system. Not bad but a few things could be improved
It is easy to install if you have metric sockets. Screws are made from a very soft metal and screwdriver would not do it. It needs a metric wrench (11mm) to put it tight. Also tilting is super sensitive. Minor touch changes the angle

Was and worked as the title says.
Works well and seems to be sturdy enough to hold my tv.
