Hughes Satellite Internet Modem
Good product. Easy to set up. However I'm doing away with the HughesNet satellite internet. Even with the faster (3X) speed over my prior CenturyLink service, the ping delay in sending and receiving data causes the realized speed to be slower than CenturyLink 7Mbs service. Plus, the same delay has screwed up my AT&T wifi calling and microcell cellphone service, along with my Vonage home phone service. Fixing the home phone service would require a HughesNet Voice modem at about a $35 additional cost per month. Ooma Telo will not work with HughesNet either; I tried it with a new set and it would never fully connect.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
