Works & works fast
As for "Pros" it is fast. I mean really fast compared to my other card readers. I do a lot of video and pictures for clients so sometimes have cards nearly full and transfer can be awful. As a test I transferred about 1GB of pictures to my computer and it literally took less than 2 seconds. Mind you that I do have the new m2 pcie 4.0 hard drive and motherboard computer which is insanely fast so that may have something to do with it too. It Works.
It's great for putting files on an SD card for an Android tablet or smart phone from your computer. But first format your SD card as external memory in the Android tablet or smart phone then put the files on it. That way if your Android dies the files will still be on the SD card.
