Coloring for Grown-ups
What I like about this little book is: 1) the designs are varied and full of natural and restful curves, but not too small (good for us oldies who have to squint), 2) there is a message with each one, which can be used as affirmative meditation along with the coloring process--which is good for stilling the inner voice trying to dis the exercise in favor of chores! Taking care of spirit is also a chore that needs regular attention. Sayings in book are lovely
The sayings are great but there are some inconsistencies with the dtawing outlines; some were a little thicker and easier to see but did not distract from the overall picture. Others were finer and more difficult to see; I had to look at the pictures several times to figure out what the sayings were, this also mad it more difficult for coloring as I am not good at keeping within the lines!
