Save Your Finger Tips
Once you remove the original slide lock lever and replace it with the extended slide lock lever. Makes the slide removal process much more comfortable and easier to remove your Glock slide and perform your maintenance. The R/R of the slide lock lever is quite a simple process it would be a great upgrade while still keeping your Glock within the scope of a basic stock Glock, avoiding draconian views as upgrading the Glock into a mass killer and military assault weapon. Glock Extended Slide Lock
One of the first things I do when I buy a new Glock is replace the factory slide lock. This makes breaking the gun down for cleaning and diagnosing any issues much simpler. This product is a little trickier to install than the Gen 1-4 Glocks because the spring is different than in the past. It is still a wise investment for the low price of the aftermarket slide lock. Glock gen 5 extended slide lock lever
Was a bit different to install, older gens have a flat spring you pry down and slide out this gen 5 has a coil spring, not like the other generations but once in a great upgrade! I have big hands so trying to catch OEM lever is not the easiest! With this NDZ upgrade makes it a breeze to remove slide! Picture shows NDZ top OEM bottom!
