I have ordered this sweetner for nearly 5 years. It is Saccharine, put into tiny tablets, very much like a little pill. It is great for ketogenic diets (like Atkins diets), because there isn't the filler that is included in powdered sweet and low little pink packets. For my use, a bottle will last the better part of a year. I usually get the two pack, and put one bottle at my daughter's house (so it is there for my coffee, AND for her).
