Sig mags fall, pro mags stall.

Same as a Sig magazine but when you release the magazine you will need to manually remove it, a Sig magazine will simply fall out freeing your hand to insert a new magazine. A small thing, but having to manually remove this magazine would slow you down if you need to reload in an emergency situation.

Feeds fine but doesn't hold 8-rounds

I bought two of these for a SIG P220 Equinox because the OEM SIG mags are so expensive. These are half the cost of the OEM versions so I decided to give them a try despite all the negative reviews. As some other reviews noted, I can't fit 8 rounds in so I just used them with 7 rounds. They are also cheaper feeling and lighter than the OEM magazines, though I found them slightly easier to disassemble and clean. Aside from that, I experienced no failures to feed after an initial 200 round test, and they drop free when I hit my mag release. I don't know if I would take these into battle or anything, but if you just need some extra mags at the range so you don't have to reload mags as frequently, and you don't mind popping off 7 instead of 8 rounds at a time, I think these are worth it especially for half the price of the OEM ones.

  • Decent for the price.

ProMag had always been hit or miss for me. These eight round Sig Sauer P220 magazines were a hit! These mags are very sturdy and well made. They were a bit stiff at first and there was some difficulty putting all eight rounds in. I loaded six and left it over night. Then seven and so on. When the first trip to the range came around the mags functioned flawlessly. I'm very pleased.

  • I would not recommend

The pro mag quality doesn’t come close to Sig Sauer. pro mag first its texture is rough and not smooth like the original sig mags gap and play when inserted would rather spend the extra and get sig mags Will say the plus is that the hollow point fit np

  • P220 Pro Mag

Good fitment and feeds awesome. Not a single jam or miss feed. 100rds through it. Excellent alternative to OEM. Highly recommended.

  • Save a buck, get a headache

One magazine worked and the other was mis-shaped. It was so poorly done, it would not load properly and the internal spring was defective as well. Will never buy again. Trying to save a few bucks creaes more headaches than its ever worth.

  • Great Product!

Pro Mag makes so many great products. I wasn't surprised that these P220 mags worked flawlessly. In a nut shell: Yes, I recommend and Yes, I will probably buy more in the future.

  • Good Product

I have been looking for these mags for awhile and this meets the quality standards I like. You can't beat the price and the quality is great.

  • Don't do it

Poor quality. Took both Magazines I purchased apart to see if I could make then more effective. Neither mag would accept 8 rounds. One would only accept 4. Springs are weak, poorly made and I expected better from ProMag
