Does the job but confusing to use
This product is designed to repair many different models/vintages of faucets. It contains all parts needed to repair all varieties so only about half the items are used for any one repair job. The directions aren't that clear and it's difficult to know the exact model/vintage of faucet being repaired. Some of the parts are rather similar to each other so matching-up with old parts is maybe the best approach. The old parts can be very distorted, worn or even missing so matching-up isn't easy either. That said, I was able to rebuild my faucet and it works properly.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not universal
The directions were bad. The kit had different parts than my “original” faucet, and it still dropped after installation. I had to use a combination of new and old parts to rebuild the faucet like it was originally so it would not drip. It took several trial and error combinations of those old and new parts.
