Item seems sturdy enough and easy to use. Seemed odd that it was left in the sunlight all day but did not seem to hold any glow into the night/dusk. I had to hold it up to any additional light, flashlight, to get some of it to glow enough to be seen. Simple enough to do that since I keep a flashlight handy to see the dog. This is an excellent quality ball! My Lab can chew up toys in a matter of minutes, but this ball is too tough for her to tear apart. She loves this ball so much that she plays with it on her own.
