The best filter for MCS
I have severe multiple chemical sensitivities, and use the FR57 filters exclusively. They are powerful, and effective for about 2 months of regular bi weekly use. Be careful of expiration dates when purchasing. When you buy these filters for use they should not be more than 2 years out of date, and still sealed in their original foil vacuum pack. The filters have the expiration date printed on the filter itself in ink at the factory, so always double check the sticker on the outside of the foil pack and the inside on the filter itself to guard against re-labeled expiration dates. These filters are so good, that I can walk into a coffee shop, and not smell coffee while wearing them. recommend that you use them with the Breathe Easy Turbo, a PAPR device by 3M, for which they are designed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Faulty, but Functional
These filters were a mixed bag. The shipping was on time and really quick, the product was packaged and sealed well, very nice. However, upon opening and inspecting the filter, i discovered my filter was leaking charcoal, could not be closed and stored properly without a roll of tape, and was cheapo plastic. The threading became damaged after only a few uses. maybe i simply received a faulty filter, and even with these faults, it is the cheapest modern NATO filter i can find, and the product does work. for the cheap price, its alright, but still a damaged product. better storage and quality control before shipping could have made my experience a million times better.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
