The best available for DSL
The reason I put No on Value is actual cost. We have DSL due to the cost, that should not mean that we need to pay more for a Modem/Router. Covers everything except for pair-bonded VDSL2. Get an Actiontec C3000A for that.
Great 'smart' modem/gateway/router. Seems to cover all the bases, except for pair-bonded VDSL2. Only thing that bothers me is the naming convention. D7000 is too close to R7000, and when one is doing a search on meta search engines, such as Google, Bing, et cetera, they don't make the distinction. Don’t trust your ISP
Great product but if you live in the US make sure to call your ISP before purchasing. Many will insist that this device is not compatible with their network despite it saying so in Netgear’s technical specs. Only options are bridge, DMZ, or switch ISPs.
